万事休す
秋休み、無事折り返しました。

が、しかし、But!
ぎっくり腰になっちまいまして。
もともと、１週間前から、あまり腰の調子が良くないなあ…と思いつつ、あまり無理をしないようにしてたのですが、水曜日のハロウィーンパーティーで、おーちゃんをスリングで抱っこして、パーティーの準備やら、なんやらを、屈んだり、しゃがんだり、立ったり…を繰り返してたら、腰に来ちゃいました。
まあ、おーちゃん、なんだかんだで９キロくらいあるから、そら、そろそろスリングでひょいひょいってわけにもね…
で、さらに悪いことに、金曜日、朝から出かけるのに急いで準備してて、ぐずるおーちゃんを片手で抱っこして、えいやっと立ち上がったら、腰がバキっ！っと。
うーむ、万事休す。
それでも、金曜日は頑張ってでかけて、おいらの七五三写真を撮ってきました。
で、力尽きた。
今日は、整体に行って治療してもらったのですが、治療後、筋肉や関節が緩んだおかげで、一時的に悪化。
帰ってきて、おとなしくしてりゃいいものを、子供たちの冬物を出すのに、一仕事。
うぐぐぐ。
もう、動けん。
自分の冬物もやろうと思ってたけど、無理。
もうしばらく、半袖で頑張ろう。
って、私もおいらの風邪がうつって、よれよれなんだけどね。
まったく、とほほな秋休みになっちまいましたとさ。
